xKiub is an online shopping mall with different shops or vendors selling their own products. It’s an online marketplace for Brunei businesses. Shops selling on xKiub are based in Brunei, prices are in Brunei dollars. Some of the shops will be happy to ship their products outside Brunei as well as within Brunei. If you want to buy from outside Brunei, please contact us or the vendor concerned.

How to order?

- If you prefer to browse the shop catalogs, you can click the “Shop” on the menu. On computer (desktop), the menu is on top of the webpage. On mobile phone (devices), the menu can be seen by click the menu box at the top right of the webpage.

- Add the item(s) into your cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
- Go to your cart either by selection it on the menu (at top of the website) or clicking the “cart‘ icon at the top right hand side, or click “View cart” button that appears after you have added an item to the cart.
- Review your cart to check that it has all the items you want. You can adjust the quantity in your cart.
- Select your desired shipping and payment methods. If you are not logged in, you will not see shipping options.
- Click “Proceed to checkout” button. This step does not place the order. You can still return to your cart to make changes to the items in the cart.
- Complete your information. If you are logged in, you will see the information you have provided earlier. Please ensure your shipping and contact information are correct as we will contact you through your email and/or phone number. You will see all available shipping methods once you have provided your shipping address. Please select the desired shipping method.
- Select your desired payment method. Available payment methods depend on the shipping method you have selected.
- Make sure you have read the terms and conditions. Click the checkbox that “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions“
- Click the “Place order” button.
- We will contact you with payment instructions, usually in email, when your order is ready (all items in stock).
- If we are out of stock of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and you can make necessary changes to the order, or cancel the order.
- For Bank Transfer and card payment, please make your payment and provide evidence to us either through email or message (see Contact Us below). Your goods will not be shipped/issued to you without payment made.

Shipping and delivery
Most of our vendors use logistic providers to deliver their orders. Some vendors may deliver the goods themselves. Delivery of orders will only be arranged after full payment has been received. We will endeavor to send the order out within 48hrs, however this is subjective to the resources of individual vendor. The delivery time will be dependent on the logistic provider and we are unable to guarantee the delivery time. We expect most orders will arrive within 1-2 working days after the order have been sent to the logistic provider. Orders of customers in different district from the vendors may require more days to deliver. We strive to use the best service providers and in some cases it is possible to receive your order by next working day. However, sometimes there may be unforeseen circumstances and xKiub will not be responsible for any delay in the shipping or delivery time. If you require your items urgently, please contact the vendor to know more accurate delivery time.
We provide the following modes of delivery and shipping (no guarantee is given for the delivery time):
- Self (local) pickup at agreed cube shop or meet point. This is usually free of charge unless specified beforehand by the vendor.
- Standard delivery / Pos Laju (below 10kg): Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days after payment has been received. We will either use a delivery provider of our choice, or the Pos Laju. Delivery to Temburong is dependent on the schedule of the delivery service provider. Some remote areas may not be reachable and we will cancel the order. Please kindly note the actual delivery time is subject to operation of the delivery service provider. Although rare, it may take longer time than our estimate.
- Express delivery (below 10kg): Delivery time is usually 1-2 working day after payment has been received. It may be possible to be delivered on next working day if order and full payment are received by 17:00. Express delivery is currently not available for delivery to districts outside Brunei-Muara. Some remote areas may not be reachable and we will cancel the order. Please kindly note the actual delivery time is subject to the operation of the delivery service provider. Although very rare, it may take longer time than our estimate.
- Please kindly note there is no delivery on Sunday and public holiday, unless relevant Vendor shipping option is available.
- Vendor shipping option is dependent on the vendor’s shipping provider or meet point arrangement. If there is a fee, it will be quoted by the vendor.
Payment methods

We provide the following modes of payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer. Payment can be made into our BIBD or Baiduri Bank account.
- Credit card payment. We can accept payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card.
- BIBD QuickPay and ProgresifPay.
Payment details will be communicated in email after the order has been placed. We do not handle any online payment on our website. All online payments are handled by the respective financial service providers, i.e. the banks or the payment gateway provider. You do not have to worry about the security of our website.
